The 2012 International Fuel Gas Code, International Code Council 2012 Edition, adopted in Section 9.1601 of this Building Code, is amended hereby in the following respects:
1. The words "Village of Mettawa" is inserted wherever reference is made to jurisdiction and enforcement, and/or reference is made to the "authority having jurisdiction."
2. Section 106.5.2 is amended to be and read as follows: "The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this Fuel Gas Code shall be as indicated in resolutions adopted from time to time by the President and Board of Trustees."
