The International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 edition, as published by the International Code Council, be and the same is adopted by reference hereby as the standards, specifications, rules and regulations governing fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Code, subject to the Village Modifications contained in this Article. This Article shall be known and cited as the Fuel Gas Code of the Village of Mettawa. A copy of this Article and the Fuel Gas Code shall be kept on file for public inspection in the Office of the Village Clerk and the Office of the Building Administrator.
