§ 32.175 BOARD CREATED.
   A Joint Review Board consisting of a representative from the City of Metropolis, Massac County, Massac Unit 1 School District, Shawnee Community College #531, and also including a public member, is hereby created, subject to the appointment of members by the affected taxing districts.
