(A) The city hereby adopts the policy concerning internet and e-mail usage by its employees that is attached to the ordinance codified herein and is incorporated herein by reference the same as if set out in full.
(B) Upon adoption of the ordinance codified herein, a copy of the policy shall be given to each employee and a signed copy shall be placed in each employee's personnel file.
(C) All employees shall be directed to comply with the internet and e-mail usage policy during working hours.
