(A) Bills for sewer service shall be sent out by the City Clerk for the period for which the service is billed.
(B) All sewer bills are due and payable 20 days after being sent out. A penalty of 3% shall be added to all bills not paid by the due date.
(C) A charge of $25 shall be imposed for all after hours utility service calls for purposes other than reestablishing water service following disconnection for nonpayment.
