Under the direct supervision of the Mayor, the City Planner shall be responsible for the production and performance of a wide variety of tasks associated with current and long range planning projects. He or she shall act as principal planner and produce land use related materials in all land use related matters including, but not limited to annexation, zoning, subdivision, site plan review, and permit review.
