§ 31.089 TERM OF OFFICE.
   The term of office of the City Treasurer shall coincide with the term of office of the Mayor. In the event of a vacancy in the office of City Treasurer, such vacancy shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
