(A) The salary of the City Treasurer commencing May of 2021, or as soon thereafter as a City Treasurer is sworn in and assumes office, is hereby established as $22 per hour. Further, such salary may, by ordinance, be amended; but no such amendment shall reduce the salary of the Treasurer during a term of office.
(B) The City Treasurer shall work not less than ten hours per week and not more than 29 hours per week. The Council may by motion set the minimum days and hours of operation of the Treasurer’s Office.
(C) The City Treasurer shall receive the same benefits, if any, as all part-time employees of the city.
