§ 31.085 CITY TREASURER TO BE APPOINTED.
   (A)   The Office of City Treasurer shall from and after the first regular City Council meeting held in May of 2021, be an appointed office.
   (B)   The appointment of the City Treasurer shall be made by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council.
