§ 31.072 SALARY.
   The City Clerk shall receive, as compensation for services and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, such amounts as shall be fixed by ordinance from time to time, as provided in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 3.1-50-5 et seq.
