§ 31.071 ISSUE LICENSES AND ATTEST DOCUMENTS.
   The City Clerk shall issue all licenses, shall attest all deeds and leases and contracts made by the city, and together with the Mayor shall sign all ordinances, bonds, licenses, and orders on the City Treasurer and affix the seal of the city thereto, and perform such other duties as may be required by the City Council.
