§ 31.038 SALARY.

(A) The salary of the Mayor, for his or her duties both as Mayor and as Liquor Control Commissioner, shall be as established by the City Council from time to time, as provided in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 3.1-50-5 et seq.

(B) The Mayor shall receive compensation for services and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses and mileage. Such amounts shall be fixed by ordinance from time to time as provided in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 3.1-50-5 et seq.
