(A) All time worked in a work day, by non-exempt employees who are not represented by a collective bargaining agreement and who are paid upon an hourly basis, in excess of eight hours, shall be compensated at a rate of time and one-half and shall be designated overtime. All such compensated overtime shall be excluded from consideration in computing the time referred to in division (B) of this section.
(B) All time worked in excess of the 40-hour work week by a non-exempt employee who is not represented by a collective bargaining agreement and which is not otherwise provided for by division (A), shall be compensated at a rate of time and one-half and shall be designated overtime.
