Subdivision plan. The city Subdivision Plan was established by adoption of Ordinance No. 67-1 on the 9th day of January, 1967, officially known as The Land Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Metropolis. The said official Subdivision Ordinance, as the same has been amended from time to time, is hereby adopted as part of this code and is incorporated herein by reference, with copies of the same and all amendments thereto being on file in the office of the City Clerk. The same shall be available at all times, during business hours, for public inspection.
