For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD PURVEYOR. Any person operating a retail food establishment that keeps for sale, sells, or offers for sale at retail, or is in the business of delivering to consumers any cooked or uncooked meats, agricultural products, drinks, confections, condiments, or any other materials or articles used as food for human consumption, where the same are not served for consumption on the premises.
