§ 112.113 CONTINUITY OF SERVICE.
   The city declares that as part of its right to establish cable customer service guidelines, it has the duty to ensure continuity of cable service for all subscribers. The city may take appropriate measures in order to insure that no portion of the city is threatened or faced with a disruption, interruption, or discontinuance of cable service due to the actions of the franchisee. Whenever any situation occurs which threatens the continuity of cable service, then the city may direct the franchisee to take certain action reasonably within in its power to insure that all subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted cable service.
