(A) A franchisee must meet all FCC technical standards that relate to picture and service quality and any such standards contained in the franchise agreement.
(B) If the franchisee does not correct a substandard picture or audio quality following an initial service call to the subscriber's residence, then subsequent service calls to correct the problem shall be at no charge.
(C) A customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to equipment rented or leased from a franchisee.
