§ 112.105 CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARD.
   A franchisee shall at all times comply with the FCC's rules pertaining to customer service standards. In addition to such standards, a franchisee shall, in the content of the notifications to subscribers, include information relative to the availability of a lock box or other parental control devises; the availability of an A/B or input selector switch; the availability of rules and procedures for use of public access channels; and the additional rights and options afforded blind and disabled persons pursuant to federal and state law and regulation.
