§ 112.092 PAYMENT OF QUARTERLY FEE.
   (A)   Payment of the quarterly portion of the franchise fee shall be rendered to the city at the time the revenue statement is filed.
   (B)   In the event that payment is not made within 45 days after the date specified in this subchapter, then such failure shall be a material breach of this chapter which shall entitle the city to terminate the franchise agreement pursuant to §§ 112.004 through 112.007 of this chapter.
