Each franchisee shall, subject to applicable law, make available records relating to its system and to which the city may require access in order to carry out its regulatory duties, and shall at all times maintain complete and accurate books of account, records of its business and operation, and other records required by this chapter or the franchise agreement.
(A) Each franchisee shall file annually with the city an ownership record indicating all persons who in the preceding year did control or benefit from an interest in the franchisee of 5% or more.
(B) Each franchisee shall also file annually with the authority copies of all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions which it has adopted for the conduct of its business.
