At any time the FCC or another federal or state agency requires or requests the submission of reports, data, or other information by a franchisee, then the franchisee shall submit a copy of those reports, data, or other information to the city. However, unless specifically required by statute, a franchisee shall not be required to submit state or federal tax returns.
