§ 112.026 APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL, TRANSFER.
   (A)   Application for renewal. An application for renewal of a franchise must comply with the requirements of §§ 112.125 et seq.
   (B)   Application for transfer. An application for approval of a transfer of a franchise must comply with the requirements of § 112.045.
