§ 112.005 TERMINATION OF FRANCHISE.
   In addition to all other rights and powers of the city granted by virtue of the franchise or this chapter, the city may terminate and cancel the franchise and all rights and privileges of the franchisee thereunder or impose other penalties permitted by this chapter or the franchise agreement in the event that the franchisee does either of the following:
   (A)   Violates any material provisions of the franchise agreement, this chapter, or any legal rule, order, or determination of the city made pursuant thereto;
   (B)   Attempts to evade any of the provisions of this chapter or the franchise agreement; or
   (C)   Becomes insolvent, files for bankruptcy, abandons the franchise, or repeatedly fails to pay the franchise fee when due.
