§ 111.41 HOURS.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a public billiard or pool hall or make the same available for business between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. This section is not, however, to be construed to prohibit regular employees from performing necessary work in or upon the premises.
