§ 111.18 POWER TO REVOKE LICENSE.
   Any licensee holding a license issued under the provisions of this chapter who shall violate any provisions of this code, any other ordinance of the city, or any laws of the state relating to gambling, and shall be convicted thereof in any court of competent jurisdiction, the Mayor may revoke the license of such person, and in case of such revocation, the city shall not be liable to pay such licensee any part of the unexpired license fees, paid for such license; but all such unexpired fees shall be forfeited to the city.
