§ 110.23 SALE PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN PORTIONS OF PREMISES.
   No licensee shall sell at retail any alcoholic beverage or alcoholic liquor above the second floor of any licensed premises, except upon first obtaining the special permission of the Liquor Control Commissioner, and all licenses issued hereunder shall be for the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor and beverages at a level below the first/main floor, (including basement), on the first/main floor and on the second floor only of the premises licensed. Any request for special permission from the Liquor Control Commissioner shall be in writing and such permission, if granted, shall also be in writing. A licensee holding a Class G (hotel) license shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
