§ 110.17 SANITARY CONDITIONS.
   All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, or for the storage of such liquor for such sale, shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and shall be kept in full compliance with Chapter 114 of this Code on regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food or drink for human consumption.
