§ 110.12 FEES.
   The annual license fees, and provisions for payment thereof, to sell liquor at retail shall be as follows:
   (A)   Class A (clubs). The annual license fee for a Class A license holder to sell alcoholic liquor at retail to be consumed on the premises specified in the license shall be $125.
   (B)   Class B (package liquor store – no gaming). The annual license fee for a Class B license holder to sell all manner of alcoholic liquor shall be $800.
   (C)   Class C (beer/wine only – off- premises). For a Class C license holder the annual fee shall be $600.
   (D)   Class D (bed and breakfast). For a Class D license the annual fee shall be $200.
   (E)   Class E (restaurant). The annual fee for a Class E license shall be $800.
   (F)   Class F (micro-brewery/brew pub). The annual fee for a Class F license shall be $800.
   (G)   Class G (hotel). The annual fee for a Class G license shall be $1,250.
   (H)   Class H (caterer retailer). The annual fee for a Class H license shall be $200.
   (I)   Class P (package liquor with video gaming license). The annual fee for a Class I license shall be $800.
   (J)   Class J (on-premises consumption). The annual fee for a Class J license shall be $800.
   (K)   Class K (Sunday sales license). The annual fee for a Class K license shall be $150, which shall be in addition to the annual fee for the applicant’s principal license.
   (L)   Class L (special use permit). The fee for a special use permit license shall be $25 per permit.
   (M)   Provision for payment. All fees for licenses provided for herein shall be paid to the City Clerk at the time the application is made, and the City Clerk shall transmit the sum to the City Treasurer for deposit to the General Corporate Fund. Class A and G licenses (clubs and Sunday sales) shall be paid annually on or before January 1 of each year. All other classes of licenses may be paid in two installments with the first installment due on or before July 1 of each year and the second installment due on or before January 1 of each year. If a license applied for is denied, no license fee shall be accepted, or if accepted, shall be refunded to the applicant.
   (N)   Licensees who own and operate both a hotel and restaurant shall pay an annual fee of $1,650. Applicants that seek a combination of licenses shall pay an annual fee equal to the highest fee for any of the licenses sought multiplied by 1.25.
