Each person, firm, or corporation desiring a license under this chapter shall execute a penal bond in the form and with security to be approved by the Mayor and City Council, conditional upon the faithful observance of the provisions of all statutes and ordinances relating thereto. The bond shall be in the penal sum of $1,000 and shall upon approval be filed in the office of the City Clerk.
