§ 94.14 STORAGE OF GOODS ON SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Where prohibited. No street or alley shall be used for the storage of goods, wares or other merchandise and no clothing, goods, wares, merchandise, boxes or other articles or things shall be placed on the sidewalk from a line four feet from the outer edge of the sidewalk to the outer edge of the sidewalk.
   (B)   Where permitted. Persons are authorized to use up to three feet of the inner part of the sidewalk to display merchandise and wares during business hours. In the event the sidewalk is less than seven feet wide, the outer four feet must be left open for pedestrian travel and the display area is reduced accordingly.
   (C)   Safety. Merchandise displayed on the sidewalk in accordance with above regulations must be kept in a neat and orderly condition and each owner is responsible to keep area safe for the general public.
