§ 93.03 FIRE EQUIPMENT HAS RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   In case of fire, the fire equipment belonging to the city shall have right-of-way over all other traffic within the city limits and when a fire alarm is sounded each and every person shall move his, her or their truck, car, wagon, cart or other vehicle to the curb and any person failing to do so shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
