§ 93.01 UNLAWFUL TO PLACE, PILE, OR THROW COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL IN A FIRE ZONE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, without the consent of the Chief of the Fire Department in writing, to throw, place, pile or deposit within the fire limits of the city any combustible material, so as to endanger any building by the burning thereof.
