(A) There shall be a regular meeting of the City Council held at the City Hall on the second and fourth Mondays of each and every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber on the second floor of the City Hall.

(B) The time and date of any meeting so scheduled by this section may be temporarily changed by motion approved by a majority vote of the Council.
(C) If a regularly scheduled City Council meeting shall fall upon the same date as a legal holiday or a city-observed holiday, then such meeting shall be automatically rescheduled without further notice action to the first day following the date of the regular City Council meeting which is not a holiday or a city-observed holiday. Any such meeting which becomes automatically rescheduled will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Metropolis City Hall unless the City Council takes action by means of ordinance, resolution or motion to provide a different date, time or place.
