(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 53.12 shall be subject to a maximum fine of $100 for the first such offense and $750 for conviction upon each subsequent offense.
(C) Any person violating the provision of § 53.19 shall be subject to a fine of up to $750 for each violation.
