The most current edition of the Standard Electrical Code, and the whole thereof, and all amendments that may hereafter be adopted from time to time, save and except such portions as may hereinafter be amended, of which not less than three copies have been and are now filed in the office of the City Clerk and the same are adopted and incorporated as fully as if set forth at length herein, and the provisions therein shall be controlling over any other sections or provisions of this code of ordinances in the installation, including alterations, repairs, and replacement of electrical wiring, fixtures, equipment, and appurtenances which may be connected to the electrical system in the city.
