§ 110.30 POWER OF LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER.

The Local Liquor Control Commissioner may, upon a determination that a local licensee has violated any provision of the Illinois Liquor Control Act of 1934, as amended, or any provision of this chapter or any applicable rule or regulations, impose a fine upon a local licensee or suspend or revoke any license issued by him or her.
