§ 110.26 SALE TO INTOXICATED PERSONS, HABITUAL DRUNKARDS, SPENDTHRIFTS, ETC.

It shall be unlawful for any holder of a retail liquor dealer’s license to sell, deliver or give any alcoholic liquor to any intoxicated person or to any person known to him or her to be a habitual drunkard, spendthrift or insane, feebleminded or distracted person.
