§ 119.01 PREMISES UPON WHICH VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS ARE LOCATED.
   (A)   Annual fee. There is hereby imposed upon each licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans' establishment located in the city an annual fee of $125 per video gaming terminal located upon the licensed premises.
   (B)   Definitions. The terms VIDEO GAMING TERMINAL, LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT, LICENSED TRUCK STOP ESTABLISHMENT, LICENSED LARGE TRUCK STOP ESTABLISHMENT, LICENSED FRATERNAL ESTABLISHMENT, or LICENSED VETERANS' ESTABLISHMENT shall have the same meanings as those set forth in the Video Gaming Act, as now exists or is hereafter amended.
   (C)   Imposition; due date; violation. Such license fee shall be due and payable to the City Clerk in January of each year commencing with January 2020. Any licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed large truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans' establishment that fails to pay such fine during the month of January shall be subject to a fine for violation of this section in the amount of $100 plus court costs. Each day that said license fee remains unpaid following January 31, in any given year shall be deemed a separate offense.
