§ 73.05 COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a non-highway vehicle, other than a permitted non-highway vehicle, on any street, alley, or other roadway of the city.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a permitted non-highway vehicle on any street, alley, or other roadway of the city, except in compliance with all the requirements of this chapter.
