The amount of the costs incurred by the city from the use of special personnel and equipment is the amount to be charged the person, firm or organization designated in § 36.75(C). In addition, such person, firm or organization shall be charged for the use of city personnel, equipment and materials as follows:
(A) Pumper truck: $500/per hour
(B) Aerial ladder truck: $500/per hour
(C) First responder vehicle: $500/ per hour
(D) Hazardous material trailer: $500/per hour
(E) Off-duty personnel call back: Hourly overtime rate plus 30%
(F) Other personnel: Regular hourly rate
(G) Materials: Cost of replacement
(H) Other equipment: Regular hourly rate
