Any person convicted of violating any provision of this subchapter shall be fined not less than $500 plus court cost and not more than $750 plus court cost. Failure to pay all fines and court costs within 30 days of the same becoming final and non-appealable, shall result in a discontinuance of all utility services to the hotel/motel owned by the person convicted. A transfer of ownership of the hotel/motel prior to the payment of fines and court costs shall not impair or defeat the right of the city to discontinue utility services to the hotel/motel that was involved in the violation.
