§ 36.02 MAYOR SHALL HEAD DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE.
   The Department of Finance shall embrace the Mayor, the City Clerk, the City Treasurer, the Corporate Financial Officer, and the Chairperson of the Finance Committee of the City Council. The Mayor shall be the head of the Department and shall have the management and control of all matters and things pertaining thereto.
