§ 35.13 FURLOUGH.
   When the funds appropriated for the maintenance of the Police Department are sufficient to permit the members thereof being given furloughs with full pay, each and every member of the police shall be entitled to a leave of absence from duty for 14 consecutive days each year with full pay.
