§ 35.11 AID FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   It shall be the duty of members of the Police Department to aid the Fire Department of the city, by giving alarms in case of fire and clearing the streets or grounds in the immediate vicinity of the fire, so that members of the Fire Department shall not be hindered or obstructed in the performance of their duties.
