§ 35.10 PROCESS.

The several members of the police force shall have power and authority, and it shall be their duty to serve and execute warrants and other process in the city for the summoning, apprehension and commitment of any person charged with the violation of any city ordinance or any crime or misdemeanor and offense against the laws of the city or state.
