§ 35.05 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of Police shall, from time to time, prescribe such rules and regulations for the Police Department as he or she shall deem necessary and proper. All officers and members of the Department shall be subject to such rules and regulations. The Chief of Police shall furnish each member of the Department of Police with a copy of the rules and regulations prescribed by him or her for the government of the Department.
