§ 34.06 POWER TO KEEP BYSTANDERS AWAY FROM FIRES.
   The Chief of the Fire Department, or the officer in command, may prescribe the limits in the vicinity of any fire within which no person, excepting those who reside therein, firefighters, police officers, and those admitted by order of any officer of the Fire Department, shall be permitted to come.
