§ 34.05 INVESTIGATION OF FIRES.
   The Chief of the Fire Department shall inquire into and cause to be investigated the causes of all fires, which may occur in the city, as soon as possible after they occur, and he or she shall cause to be kept a record of the investigation and of the evidence in each case.
