§ 34.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Chief of the Fire Department shall, from time to time, prescribe such rules and regulations for the Fire Department as he or she shall deem necessary and proper. All officers, members, and employees of the Department shall be subject to the rules and regulations. The Chief of the Fire Department shall furnish each member and employee of the Fire Department with a copy of the rules and regulations prescribed by him or her for the governing of the Department.
