Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be an offense punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each violation. A separate offense shall be committed for each day a violation exists. In addition thereto, any violator of the provisions of this chapter may be enjoined from the conduct constituting the violation.
